Rad Dog Eating Contest

Have you thought about introducing a vegan-version of the Nathan's hot dog contest in Columbus?  Yes, it's costly because you'd have to prepare beaucoup buns filled with Rad Dogs. But if you set up the contest outside a baseball park on or around Labor Day, you would probably generate a lot of media and contestants which in turn would generate a lot of new business.
