Rotary Young Leaders in Action - New Generations News Letter by RI
All around the world, Rotary clubs and districts are bringing
promising young people together for life-changing leadership training
through Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), developing innovative
ways to engage young people based on their community’s unique needs. In
Colorado, USA, teens with physical disabilities learn to overcome challenges to become leaders in their schools and communities. Students in India are introduced to sustainable farming techniques by local agriculture experts. Rotaractors in Nigeria partner
with Rotarians to discuss the importance of social responsibility and
mentorship. But this leadership journey doesn’t have to end with RYLA:
Invite young leaders to stay connected with Rotary through Interact, Rotaract, and Rotary Youth Exchange.
If you want to start a RYLA program or expand an established one, you can now use district grants to maximize your impact! about your club or district’s high-impact, sustainable project aligned

Mentorship makes club partnerships stronger ![Mentorship makes club parnerships stronger]()
The Rotaract Club of Birmingham, in Alabama, USA, was looking for a new way to keep members engaged and able to network with business leaders. Professional Partners began
simply as a mentorship program with the club’s sponsor Rotary club, but
it soon evolved into a unique partnership that transforms untapped
potential into action for both Rotaract members and their Rotarian
mentors.
