checksums in pkg-build.racket-lang.org logs

Would it be easy to make the pkg-build logs show the checksum for the
package they're working with?

This would've helped debug a deps failure of one of my packages that I
thought I had already fixed.

Also, timezones for timestamps in the logs would be nice.

I think that would be a good addition, and the path to that reporting
would also support better reporting of package-access failures. I'll
add that sometime soon.
