Release for v8.2 is about to begin

The release process for v8.2 will begin in about a week. If you
have any new features that you want in and are relatively close to
to being done, now is a good time to do that.

Upcoming dates:
- 06-27 : “branch day” — the release branch is created
- 07-06 : testing begins
- 07-13 : testing ends
- 07-22 : the release is announced and made available on the download page

Great! I will keep an eye on this and try to schedule Racket News
release for 07-22 so that I can include the release announcement.

If there's anything that you might think will delay the release, can you
please post here as well?
