Looks like a configuration gem conflict...
Gem::LoadError: can't activate configuration (~> 0.0.5, runtime) for
["hitimes-1.0.4", "rackamole-0.2.1"], already activated
configuration-1.1.0 for ["launchy-0.3.5", "shotgun-0.4"]
Thoughts?
