Are there any guides or tutorials available for rack-oauth2? The README doesn't have much in the way of documentation and I'm trying to follow the rails example app, but it's difficult to follow the entire application and the rack-oauth2 library parts simultaneously. The example app works, but it also has little in the way of documentation about how I would implement this in my app. Thanks.

Oops.. sorry, I was probably missed this thread..

rack-oauth2 tutorial is the biggest request in rack-oauth2 gem, so I know it's the most important.

In rack-oauth2-sample project, these 2 are main part you should read to understand how to use rack-oauth2.

Since rack-oauth2 isn't rails-specific, you need define models by yourself.

So it's out of scope for me.

Another question in rack-oauth2 sample is how to support scope parameter.

For scope handling, this app will help.

This is not rack-oauth2 sample, but openid_connect sample, which is a gem build on top of rack-oauth2 gem.

Open standards in digital identity world is growing too fast to have time to write rack-oauth2 tutorial for me...

In my opinion, the actual issue is not having tutorial, but rack-oauth2 is not useful in rails project.

So I believe I need rack-oauth2_rails gem (I don't care about the actual gem name), which have rails model & controller generator, controller filters etc.

I think we had such gem for OAuth 1.0.

And again, the biggest issue is I don't have enough time to work on it...
