Hi,
We recently tried upgrading to rack 1.3.2 from rack 1.2.1, and found that it throws exceptions for some POSTs with encrypted data that we have.
I have attached the stack trace (.log) and the data from the post itself (.har saved from chrome).

Let me know if this is a known bug, for now, we'll stay on rack 1.2.

Thanks in advance

+1 I have the same issue.

I have a GET request that contains url encoded data like: Stuff%20-%20Other (translated to "Stuff - Other"). In rails3.1 this crashes with  invalid %-encoding   rack (1.3.2) lib/rack/backports/uri/common.rb:67:in `decode_www_form_component'

It's quite a nasty bug.

Actually this happens if you have for some reason in your request %%.

Is there a bug open for this?  It appears to still be a problem.
