While the simulated car racing competition is not running at CIG this
year, there's an impressive number and variety of different game-based
AI competitions on offer this year!

Dear All,

I am glad to inform you that this year CIG, held at NYU in New York
City between August 22nd and August 25th, proudly hosts eleven game AI
competitions:
http://www.cig2017.com/competitions-cig-2017/
You and/or your colleagues/students are welcome to participate in any
of these competitions and/or submit competition papers by May 15. FYI,
competition papers are those describing research related to one of the
competitions at CIG, including the design of new competitions and in
particular submissions to existing competitions:

Cheers,

Ruck Thawonmas
CIG 2017 Competition Chair
