Updated website

Hi all,

It's been a while … I've been mainly working on OBRA's registration
system (http://obra.org/online_registration), but I continue to roll
new features back into the core open source code. Those include
upgrades to Ruby 1.9, Rails 3, and jQuery as well as performance
improvements.

I've also updated the information website and moved it to
http://racingonrails.rocketsurgeryllc.com/
