Mihir and Babu,

Great to have you both ready to help build a RACHEL Hindi/Gujarati.

Mihir,

You’re going to lead content collection here. Babu is in the U.S. and will help review sites before we build them into a RACHEL package.

We need to only include content that is:

1) Educational

2) Free to distribute

What we need is a shared google doc that shows what the content is (website or otherwise), who gave us permission to distribute it (a name or email), what the subject matter is, what language it is and a short description of the content.

From there, I need to basically download the entire website. That requires them offering us access to their hosting provider, or uploading via the world possible FTP the content we want to include. We can also set up a drop box, google drive, or any other sharing method that is easiest for the content producer.

After that, it’s pretty easy to include or add to RACHEL.

Mihir, as you keep a list, can we include a column for Babu to check off on a website so I know two people have reviewed the content. I will forward you both an example of the google doc we have used for English.

Realistically, it is difficult to get the content to you immediately, but Babu is returning to the area from the U.S. in October and I can send him some created pacakges then to take to you.
