Hi Armand,
I'm happy to help you localize a version for the phillipines.
The easiest way to go about it (for now) is to share the materials with us and let us do the work of rolling together a version for the Phillipines. Is it possible to share the materials with us? Do you have them already? Where are you currently located?
If you need to do it on the ground, it will require a little more advanced techniques, using SSH to get into the Pi and adding content to /var/www folder and then editing the index page. If you want more information on this, please let me know.
Best,
Jeremy

userMsg= Hi, I'd like to be able to introduce Rachel in public schools in the Philippines. I have downloaded the package and it runs well on a Raspberry Pi. How do I go about localising some of the content for the Philippines? I have spoken with the Philippine Department of Education and they have a lot of free educational materials that can be utilised to customise Rachel for use in the Philippines.
Please let me know who I can get in touch with to get more information,
Congratulations on the great work that you do!
