Our CM YS Raja Sekhar Reddy want to reduce 30% entertainment tax on
cinemas. In small towns also ticket cost is Rs 40. Even if
entertainment tax is reduced it do not benefit people much. What is the
use of spending money for cinemas which show useless stories? Why dont
he reduce taxes on industries which give employment to poor people?

>From telugu cinema only few people like Dasari Narayana Rao,
Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam are supporting Congress. YSR decided to
reduce taxes on cinemas for attracting other people from cinema
industry.

Even this is also industry

other thing is he changed the system of tax on cinema; According to
somebody it will increase govt income if more cinemas are hits.

I doubt anybody will be attracted to congress as cine industry is
mostly TDP based.

This means actually gov. will not get any money. Most of the movies
will play for more than 100 days with halls (selling tickets in black)
empty. More crappy movies will also survive.

What is the use of telugu cinemas? They often make cinemas with fights
& vulgar dances or faction based cinemas or teenage love story cinemas.
In those cinemas routine is more and variety is less.

Telugu cinema stories are really useless. For example in cinemas they
show a guy neither having job nor agriculture loving a girl of a multi
millionaire's family. Is it possible in real life? Money should be
earned by hard work. Roaming without job or agriculture and dreaming to
marry multi millionaire's daughter is useless. If a person earn money
by hardwork, he can marry woman who earn more money than him. But
jobless person dreaming to marrying multi millionaire's daughter is a
farce. It is just and example. There are many examples like it.

Cinemas sell dreams. They are more intrested in making people lazy
rather than making useful stories.

One use of telugu cinemas is they play vital role in keeping telugu
alive.

As hindi is most popular due to hindi movies compared to efforts of
central govt. :

Hindi is national language. Hindi is spoken in many states. So it is
popular. Telugu cinemas cannot make telugu language popular. Double
meaning dialouges can make telugu unpopular.

Cinema producers increased cost of production. It is also reason for
heavy losses in cinema making. Reduction of taxes do not benefit
producers much.

In cinema industry most of the individuals are kammas. So they
supported TDP. Now TDP's popularity reduced. Those kammas may get
attracted to Congress. Politcians know many tricks for attracting
others.

In these days people give more importance to money than caste. There
will be no wonder if kamma dominated cinema industry gets attracted to
YSR.

Yes. Most of the telugu cinemas are junk cinemas which should be
ignored. There will be always some workless people who patronise such
cinemas well. If they reduce ticket rates all the junk cinemas will
play 100 days.
