Just a reminder about our Transition Clinic this Sunday, June 12th at
8:30am at Shelter Island. Perfect practice if you are racing SDIT.
The clinic is limited to 30 participants - and we still have a few spots
left!
Here are a few FAQ's:
Who is the fundraiser for? Your $20 donation go directly to supporting
research for Multiple Sclerosis (specifically the Pacific Southwest
chapter of the MS Society). Find out more at: www.mspacific.org
What should I bring? Bring everything you would bring to a race - we will
swim, we will bike, and we will run. And will will practice T-1 and T-2
until you feel comfortable and fast.
Is this clinic for beginners? Many of our registered participants thus far
are true beginners. So even if you plan to race your first tri wearing a
surfing wetsuit, riding a mountain bike, and running in the same shoes you
used on the bike you will do just fine at the clinic. So it's for
everyone - we will have plenty of coaches on hand to assist triathletes of
all ability levels.
Can I register on Sunday? Yes, if we have spots. Your best bet is to
register online and donate through PayPal:

Please e-mail me directly or call 858-279-5570 if you have any additional
questions.
Group ride after the clinic - we will ride up to Cabrillo, an SDIT course
preview ride. No one left behind.
Hope to see you Sunday!
