Approximate Times:
5:30 - 1/2 Mile swim
6:00 - Run
6:30 - Chow down! (it's okay to join even if you are not a TCSD member, as
long as you bring a dish to share).
Also, if you have never raced SDIT before, we can also take a few minutes
while stretching (before or after the run) to discuss the course.
