LADIES, LADIES, LADIES....Nytro is hosting LADIES NIGHT, Thursday June 16th 6-8pm. Join SOAS, Foodie Amore & Rehab United. SOAS will premier their new kits. Foodie Amore will have samples of her all natural, no preservatives, gluten free nutrition. 

Bryan Hill from Rehab United will be providing 12 week training plans for the Sprint and Olympic distances at TriRock (Sept 11th). There will be food and wine and this evening is FREE!
