Practice Carpool Sign-ups

Hey guys!

I've attached the google sheet in order for you all to sign up for practice rides. 

DO NOT fill it out if you cannot come to practice this Saturday. We might make this a weekly thing, but for right now, just sign up for Saturday.

Drivers, please correct the document if I did something wrong, but the columns highlighted in green are open seats for that particular driver(row). 

There is a spot for name and number so the driver can make a group message to make coordinating pick ups easier. Please try to condense seats to make this a more efficient process. Don't be that one person signed up for a random car when another car is half full.....combine so the fewest people are driving and gas $$$$.

On that note, we are going to figure out a way to make getting to and from practice easier on the drivers. TBD but we are going to figure out some sort of system to help the drivers and have everyone pitch in for gas. Still working on that though.

TUESDAYS:
We are going to stagger rides a little. About half of the group is done and 2pm and the other half is done at 3pm, so maybe one or 2 cars will leave campus around 2:30 and the rest will leave around 3:15 on Tuesdays. Keep this in mind! Drivers, specify when you CAN leave, not necessarily when, we can figure it out as our first one gets closer.

Again, practice this Saturday, rides leave at 12/noon unless specified otherwise (I'm leaving campus at 9am to take lasers out for a couple hours before practice and if you have laser experience, you're welcome to join!)
