Clubs,

On behalf of the Competitive Sports Office, I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are excited to be back on campus here soon!

It is that time again, where you as the leaders of your respective club will need to work to get everyone that plans on being an active club member on your roster for the Fall 2016. That being said, this is a very simple and quick process for everyone. Forward this email to your club members as it includes the link below to register. Please login with your GT credential, find your club, and register yourself. It will prompt you to accept the waiver. NO ONE is allowed to practice, compete, or travel with your club unless they are registered through this below site. The deadline to complete all roster registrations for the Fall 2016 is Monday, September 26th. If your club will be practicing, competing, or travelling before that deadline, you will need to complete this action as a club by that time. Any club failing to adhere to the above past the deadline or practicing, competing, or travelling before the deadline could face consequences depending on the severity and lack of members complying.
