Wouldn't having the gravel bike sway towards going?

If I do the event, I'll be on my fat bike with 3.5" tires or my carbon road bike with 25mm gravel specific tires and increased spoke wheelset (it would depend on the type of gravel it really is (I can't remember).

I plan on doing the Onion. I enjoy it every year.
If I'm not mistaken, you rode your fat bike last year but with skinny tires? If you don't recall, it's not a terrible technical gravel course, more just regular gravelly gravel. I think you'd be slower on the fat tires, but would feel more control than with 25mm tires.
