just a quick reminder: i need all of your race equipment forms,
please. if you just want to give me your committee name and a "same
as last year" heads up, that would be fine too. i would like to have
all of those by the end of this week!

The only group that I know that needs stuff for my group is Metro Health. They do the first aid and have requested that we double their tent size and double the chairs and tables that they had from last year. I believe that they had a 10X10 tent with three tables and 8 chairs. So, I would think that they would need two tents and 6 tables and 16 chairs. You might want to talk with Jen before you do this officially as I am doing this from memory as I did not keep a list of the equipment from last year.
