All the Rotaractors are requested to attend the meeting for District Awards.
The meeting will discuss and decide on setting four teams of
sub-commitees.[Administration, Finance, Publicity and Event Management].

All the fellow Rotaractors are requested to prepare the list of the
potential members of their respective clubs to be discussed in the meeting.
Any other agendas to be discussed are most welcomed. Please do circulate
your agendas to Rtr. Nirjan, Rtr. Kishor, Rtr. Nitesh, Rtr. Nabin, Rtr.
Abhisekh and Rtr. Bikash through the emails.
