FREE HEART SURGERY FOR CHILDREN

I have just received an information from DGE Rtn Basu Dev Golyan and he wants me to circulate this message. This is in regards to a free heart surgery for the children under 12 years of age. The message underneath is i believe self explanatory. Therefore if you know anyone who is your contact then please send me the scanned copy of their report by tomorrow.

I am sure you would not like to miss this wonderful opportunity to save our future by saving the present today!

As per DGE's instruction, this is to bring to your kind notice the Free Heart Surgery Program for needy children organised by  the Rotary South Asia going to be held in Kolkata from 23rd Feb to 25th Feb 2011. Since this surgery is for the children upto 12 years age , so if you have such children in knowledge who needs a heart surgery then kindly let me know about it.  The children must have their diagonosis/medical  reports. The patients going to Kolkata would be paid with travelling expenses. The DGE would be present there and would them help to arrange things.

Its a great oppurtunity for those needy children and also for us to make a little contribution to help them live healthy, so its my earnest request to you to please find out the needy and send the scanned copy of their medical documents not later than tomorrow.
