Zonal meeting!!

This is to inform all the Rotaractors that we are having our last Zonal
Meeting so all the clubs are requested to compulsarily attend the zonal
meeting. The 10th zonal meeting will be hosted by Rotaract Club of Yala. The
description of the 10th Zonal meeting are as
follows:-
Time: 4PM onwards
Venue:- Adarsha Kanya Niketan, Mangalbazar Date :- April 16, 2011

The agendas of the meeting are:-
Zonal Flag Sharing
Fellowship Program

[Note:- Interested clubs of Zone 3 are requested to join the commitee for
organizing District Award. The details will also be discussed in the zonal
meeting.] [Note :- Each clubs are requested to pay Rs 600 of Zonal Matya
health camp (except RAC Balaju)]
