Its my great pleasure to inform you all that we are going to open the nomination of

Board of Directors for Rota Year 2011/12 in the President ship Tenure of Rtr. Rikesh Giri for the following post.I am sending this email in regards to remind you about the approaching deadline to submit the nominations for the Board of Directors of RaC Bagmati for Rota Year 2011-12. I am sure the information has been circulated well and all of you are aware about it. 

 

We have 3 more days to go for the same. I hope all the attached files are received and the necessary documents will be submitted. I would definitely like to see the best of you.

 

I hope to receive the nominations in good number within 3 days and hope that the best of the best will be selected.

 

Requirements for Nomination

1. For the nomination of President Elect you must have worked as Secretary.

2. For the nomination of Directors of 5 avenue of services you must give confirmation for your time and should have work plan for the same year in respected avenue.

3. You must be a inducted general member of a within the club.

 

A bio data and a commitment letter should be submitted to the secretary before one hours of coming Saturday (
