Dear Presidents/Secretaries,

 

The Inter Rotaract Dance Competition (IRDC) is an annual mega dance competition held among the Rotaract Clubs of RI District 3292 organized jointly by Rotary Club of Patan Durbar Square and Rotaract Club of Patan Durbar Square. The event aims at fostering and promoting the Rotary and Rotaract Movement in Nepal.Since the beginning of the first IRDC held on 12th November 2005 to the latest 4th IRDC on 20th March 2010, the theme has always been “Lets co-operate to make all children educate” and whatever income generated from the event has been utilized to fund and carry out various educational projects.

 

We are pleased to inform that we, Rotaract  and Rotary Club of Patan Durbar Square, are jointly organizing the “5th Inter Rotaract Dance Competition” on 26th March 2011 giving continuity to the same theme. The main objective of the event is to generate fund for supporting and continuing educational projects and strengthen good companionship between Rotarian and Rotaractors, and thereby, promote Rotary and Rotaract movement.

We invite all the Rotaract Clubs to support this program by participating as audience &/or competitors. Please send your confirmation letter along with Registration Form fill-up and participation charge (according to number of participants) within latest by 15th March 2011.

Keeping in mind the suggestions by fellow Rotaractors in the last 4th IRDC, we have waived off the club registration fee of Rs. 1000/- Please see the 5th_IRDC_Rules_and_Regulations.doc for the details.

 

We look forward to your active participation and support in making this event a grander success than before.
