Rotaract Week Celebration

Dear all,
With the endeavor to celebrate the Rotaract Week falling from March 7-13, 2011, Rotaract Club of Kopundol with the support from Rotaract District Committee in association with GAA ( Godavari Alumni Association), is going to organize a fun fair program at the premises of GAA, Thamel on Saturday, March 12, 2011. The project has been endorsed by the District Committee and the program has been designed with consultation from DRR Srijan Shrestha and DS Amit Bajracharya to make it a common program for all the clubs to celebrate the Rotaract Week together.
Rotaract Clubs have been organizing various projects to celebrate the Rotaract Week in the past and the major objective of this event is to bring all the Rotaract Clubs in one platform to celebrate the Rotaract Week together with the framework of fellowship and service. The event will contain Mega Blood Donation Camp, Game Stalls, Food Stalls, Documentary Show and Musical Concert by a band.
The clubs will be provided with space to keep various stalls at a minimal charge. We highly encourage the clubs to bring in their own plan and ideas regarding the kind of games and other attractions they want to put in their stalls.
Stall Details:
· A stall will be provided for Rs. 500/-
· A stall team should comprise of not more than 5 participants
· The stalls will be covered with tents and chairs and table will also be provided
· It is upon the clubs to manage the materials required to conduct the games which they choose to put in their stalls
