Notification when a queue has no more consumers

Hello!

I'm working in a IoT application with AMQP and RabbitMQ where multiple nodes act as producers and consumers. 

When my nodes loose internet connection I can notice that from the RabbitMQ server because their queues has no more consumers.

I want to know if there is some kind of mechanism to trigger a notification or a script when a queue 0 consumers.

Here's an example Prometheus/Altertmanager rule to alert about a queue without consumers:

That repo contains examples of alerts, so I'm not sure what else we can provide.

The actual alerting is out of scope for RabbitMQ. In those examples, we assume Alertmanager from the Prometheus ecosystem, but any alert system should be able to do something similar.
