Can we prevent certain users from using the "Purge" and "Delete" buttons in rabbitmq_management?

I'm looking at https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-management/pull/147 and kinda shaking my head in commiseration.

We have some users that use the management plugin strictly for monitoring purposes, and having the delete and purge buttons appear regardless of their permissions has led to a few accidental deletions and purges.

Is there some configuration/role management that I'm not seeing that would prevent these buttons from appearing or actually executing destructive actions?

You can limit queue deletion for a user, it will also limit queue declaration, though:

Limiting purging is harder because `queue.purge` is considered to be a read operation
(no different from consuming all messages one a time as far as permissions go).
