Hello. I would like to know how to proceed in this task:

Connect to this RabbitMQ server:
amqps://student:xx...@rabbitmq-exam.rmq3.cloudamqp.com/mxifnklj

Please I don't how to connect to this server. I'm using Java and Javascript and would like to see the queues on RabbitMQ management interface.
