Help me to resolve "ACCESS_REFUSED " error

Hi,
I am getting an Error while trying to send messages to a queue. "ACCESS_REFUSED - Login was refused using authentication mechanism PLAIN. For details see the broker logfile..
I am getting an Error while trying to send messages to a queue. "ACCESS_REFUSED - Login was refused using authentication mechanism PLAIN. For details see the broker logfile..
I'm using free service plan(CloudAMQP Little Lemur) and accessing the server (MQ) from my local machine .
when i'm trying to run application using Tomcat, it's working fine . But when i'm trying to do same with Cloud ,facing the mentioned Error.
Could anyone help me how to resolve this issue.

You specify incorrect credentials and/or vhost.
