Hi All,

We're using RabbitMQ version 3.6.6 and Erlang 19.3.2.

RabbitMQ is used as service on a Windows VM in VMWare and we're using it to run automation on the VM.

After machine reboot, rabbitmq service is working fine and rabbitmq is starting without issues.
We send messages to RabbitMQ on this VM from a different machine to run automation.

While running automation, rabbitmq is getting crashed and automation run message is getting lost.

Can you help us in analyzing the log and solution for this problem.
Attached sasl.log and rabbit.log.

Thanks

Hello,

The errors in the logs shouldn't result in RabbitMQ stopping, and there are no other errors that would result in a crash.

Version 3.6.6 is almost two years old, and the logs indicate that you are using Erlang 19.2.

I suggest looking at the application and system event logs, and for an erl_crash.dump file in C:/Users/jfusco/AppData/Roaming/RabbitMQ (or a subdirectory of this location).

Finally, you really should upgrade both RabbitMQ and Erlang to the latest versions.

Thanks,
Luke
