System : Ubuntu On Aws

Rabbitmq Version : 3.6.2

Erlang Version : erlang_version,

     "Erlang/OTP 18 [erts-7.3] [source] [64-bit] [smp:2:2] [async-threads:64] [kernel-poll:true]\n"

One of my rabbitmq node went down ( don't know why ), but when i restarted the node one queue started giving timeout. From logs I got the message stating :

discarding message {'$gen_cast',{deliver,{delivery,false,true,<0.26016.20>,{basic_message,{resource,<<"/">>,exchange,<<>>},[<<"q_test">>],{content,60,{'P_basic',undefined,undefined,[],2,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined},<<48,0,0,0,0,0,2>>,rabbit_framing_amqp_0_9_1,[<<"{\"q\":{\"_id\":\"q-4268-1470157585214\",\"p\":\"+123456789\",\"d\":0,\"c\":12,\"b\":39,\"tt\":\"state\",\"cm\":null,\"e\":\"estates\",\"se\":\"testst\"}}">>]},<<88,17,100,172,59,191,117,202,172,241,82,123,150,42,36,118>>,true},1,flow},false}} from <0.26016.20> to <0.19663.2961> in an old incarnation (1) of this node (2).

I want to know the quick fix, how to re create  the queue. Please help as it is in Production Environment .

This is server#812 and related, upgrade all nodes to 3.6.3.

A cluster-wide restart or simultaneous restarting of all nodes that host mirrors for the queue in question.
