Create user, exchange and queue with RabbitMQ API.

My Raspberry device will be the rabbitmq publisher. When I plug in the device, there will be
communication with api and the user will create exchange and queue and start to send and receive messages.
How can I do that?

From the tech viewpoint, you can do that with HTTP API and then direct
communication with AMQP.

From the pratical, you'd better not create exchange dynamicly from a
mobile device.

for management HTTP API you could refer this:

for communications using AMQP you could choose pika python library.
