Remediate Vuln -JQuery 1.2 < 3.5.0 Multiple XSS

The management plugin v3.8.2 is flagging file, jquery-3.4.1.min, wanting v3.5 or higher. Is there a way to update related files without performing a platform upgrade?
Hoping for some further insight and recommendations on how to remediate.

It is not possible. 3.8.x is no longer supported (https://www.rabbitmq.com/versions.html). Consider upgrading to a newer version.
