Consumer is taking longer time to process when i check the logs 2023-01-20 11:13:49.526 [error] <0.6836.49> closing AMQP connection <0.6836.49> (2.x.x.x -> 10.1x.x.x2):
{inet_error,etimedout}.

Heartbeat is set to 3600. Can some explain wt this error mean?

Please provide the following information:

Client library used and version
RabbitMQ version
Erlang version
Operating system used for your client application as well as RabbitMQ
IMPORTANT: RabbitMQ log messages around the time of this issue, or the entire log file
Client exceptions and logging
