UI error after upgrade from 3.11.2 to 3.11.13 - TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'users.items.length')

Installing the new version and upgrading node-by-node produced a healthy cluster other than the following UI error. Rabbitmqctl is correctly returning a list of users. 

The new clusters we are building in an automated fashion on the new version are not seeing this error.

Hi, try to clear your cache. It could be using an older management ui resource. This issue was already fixed in 3.11.10. 
I have just deployed `rabbitmq:3.11.13-management` docker image and did not have any issues.

Clearing the cache worked! Thanks

The version was just the ubuntu jammy repo
