Service crashing after update.

Hi, 

After updating the package rabbitmq-server from version 3.8.5-1 to 3.8.14-1, service don't start anymore.

[root@svh03302rbtmq01 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release

In /var/log/messages I found the following log.

Did you also update Erlang? Which Erlang version are you running? Is OpenSSL enabled?

The erlang packages have not been updated and rabbitmq is running with
the default settings, with no active ssl.

If you read the release notes [1] you'll see that 3.8.14 requires Erlang 22.3 - recommended is Erlang 23. Please update your Erlang version
