RabbitMQ goes to unresponsive frequently.

hi Team,

I am using RabbitMQ v3.9.13 in our environment. All off sudden i am getting below error in production environment and RBMQ went to unresponsive mode for few seconds after that it was started working.

due to this client applications unable to Push/Pull messages from queues and it was occurring closely two hours once.

Please help me to resolve this.

OS: Windows Server 2012 R2

RabbitMQ Version: 3.9.13

Error Logs:
