Feature request: RabbitMQ Management gui for moving messages to other queue

Hi

There is currently support for publish and download messages in the web GUI. I'm missing functionality to manually move messages from a queue to another exchange. 

Use case: Let's say you have a queue for incoming messages and one queue for "failed" messages. A consumer puts messages in "failed" when they can't be handled for some reason. I'd like to move message from the failed queue to incoming (because you want to retry them) without having to write a separate program for this. IE, select x messages to publish to another exchange.

I overcame my qualms and this now exists on default / will be in 3.5.x.
