HI,

Since we enabled HA on our cluster, we have been seeing cpu spike (for a bout 5 minutes and then back to normal) periodically and the timing seems to be matched with the logs showed during " in vhost '/': Synchronising: batch size: 4096". Just wanted to know if adjusting ha-sync-batch-size is the right approach?

Batch synchronization can be thought of as "batch publishing" between queue replicas.

Reducing batch size would reduce inter-node data transfer and reduce peak queue master load duration.

It almost certainly would not reduce the load.
