rabbitStomp unable to subscribe to existing amqp queue

Hello,

I want to connect to a existent queue using webstomp. This queue receives data from the default AMQP exchange

I tried to subscribe to both /queue/MyQueue and /amq/queue/MyQueue

I can subscribe to a newly created queue but not to an existing one already receiving data.

Hi

IIRC default exchange is under vhost “/“, the name is just a empty string.

If I try '/' as  destination I get the following error message:

'/' is not a valid destination. Valid destination types are: /temp-queue, /exchange, /topic, /queue, /amq/queue, /reply-queue/.

I also get an invalid destination error trying /temp-queue, /exchange, /topic, /queue, /amq/queue, /reply-queue
