i have installed rabbitmq on several windows 2012 r2 servers with no problems.

However on one server during the install i get 'erl.exe has stopped working'. running elrsrv.exe at the command.com produces the same error. The application itself puts out no error, it simply immediately stops. All installs of erlang and rabbitmq are done via 'run as administrator' and uninstalls of both applications include complete cleanup including removing leftover registry settings. Running erl.exe and testing it works with no problems. i have tried the various 'windows workarounds'. Running erlsrv.exe from the command prompt also produces the errors below.

OS is windows sever 2012 R2 standard build 9600. All windows updates done. 12 gigs memory, very little in use

below is event log and the crashdump. thanks for any help

Hi!

This looks like a problem with Erlang itself or hardware (like faulty
memory). After testing the memory modules, you should bring this topic
to the Erlang mailing-list.
