Uneven distribution of queues between 3 nodes in cluster

Hey,

We have a 3 node cluster, with mostly normal not HA queues.

Now it seems that most of the queues are not evenly distributed between the nodes.

Is that a problem?

For example:
node-0 - 175

node-1 - 21

node-2 - 232

Is there any recommended way to balance the queues?
These queues persist for long times generally speaking, so they would only move around if one of the nodes go down or with a new cluster redeployment.
