ANN Golang Stream client 1.5.8 released with a critical fix

Hello RabbitMQ users,
The RabbitMQ team has released version v1.5.8 of our GO stream client. [1]
The version contains a critical fix [2].
This PR [3] introduced a bug: The client skips the chunk delivery when the channel is full
Affected versions: 1.5.5 - 1.5.7. Please update as soon as possible.
