Publish confirm latency on AmazonMQ - RabbitMQ

Hi,

I’m currently using AmazonMQ - RabbitMQ on a 3 nodes cluster topology and using amqp-ts (based on amqplib) as client with a node.js app. My RabbitMQ cluster is on 3.9.13 and the queues are configured with ha-mode: all, ha-sync-mode: automatic and are on classic v1

From time to time, I’m experiencing sudden latency spikes on publish confirmation. Publish confirm latency can go up to 3 secs when this is happening.

For now, we were not able to identify yet what could be the root cause. From what we know, we don’t have any huge messages going into rabbitmq, messages are pretty small. We don’t know why this is happening.

If anyone have suggestions or have some clues on what could be the cause, it would be really appreciated.
