RabbitMQ LDAP vs LDAPS

Hi everyone,
I am desperately trying to configure LDAP authentication on rabbitMQ 3.8 erlang 22.3. The server I'm trying to connect to is using LDAP "S" and I was wondering if this would involve any changes.
What would be a basic example of a simple "rabbitmq.config" that I could modify with the LDAP server information?
Thanks in advance for your time in reading me. If a kind soul could help me it would be great as I am constrained by time.

Hi Leo,
Just for your information, both that RabbitMQ and Erlang version are out of support.
By LDAPS do you mean LDAP with TLS encryption?
Please provide your full RabbitMQ configuration files showing what you have tried so far, and any log messages relevant to LDAP authentication.
