RabbitMQ Service Stop/Start Issue - Windows Server

Hi All,

I am using RabbitMQ 3.8.2 and Erlang Version 22.1 in Windows Server 2016 DataCenter

I installed this above version in my server

Once installed I opened RabbitMQ Command Prompt into sbin directory

But then I entered command "rabbitmq-service.bat stop" OR "rabbitmq-service.bat start" it gives me error that 'net' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I also installed same version in other Machine Windows 2010 Pro but it works fine. Same version and same steps i am doing

So, Request you to please suggest me what I have to do in this case?

RabbitMQ 3.8.2 is over one year and 12 patch releases behind 3.8.14. Consider upgrading.

How did you install RabbitMQ? Please list all the specific steps and compare them to what is covered in [1][2][3].
