`brew install rabbitmq` is broken?

Hello,

I tried to install RabbitMQ on macOS using brew (`brew install rabbitmq`), as suggested on the RabbitMQ site.

However, I got the following error:

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 
Error: Failed to download resource "rabbitmq"

Sure enough, both of those links are 404s in my browser.
https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server/releases/download/v3 

It seems like the rabbitmq brew formula needs to be updated?

Also, I'm not 100% sure that RabbitMQ maintains this brew formula. If not, I would appreciate being directed to the people who do!

You maybe want to wait for few more days to let RMQ official team to fix
up this. Since 3.8.10 was just got released.

I also found some other links are broken. such as:
