RabbitMQ Management Console shows JMS queue consumercount as zero

Hello,

I'm using RabbitMQ 3.8.18 for JMS communication and as part of that, I enabled rabbitmq_jms_topic_exchange plugin. I'm able to see messages being sent and received by my applications via rabbitMQ queues but in the management console, I see the consumercount as zero.

Could you please let me know the reason for this behaviour.

Just my guess, maybe you were using the get() API in consumer?
