Hi, I am just started learning rabbitmq.
The goal is connecting rabbitmq and Spring cloud stream.

So, I have installed rabbitmq and it runs fine with default settings.
However, when I start the rabbitmq-server, this statement show up in the log.

WARNING: module crypto not found, so not scanned for boot steps.

I checked the log file and found this.

"load_failed, Failed to load NIF library: 'dlopen(/Users/juneyoungoh/Documen    ts/rabbitMQ/rabbitmq_server-3.7.7/erts-10.0/bin/../../lib/crypto-4.3/priv/li    b/crypto.so, 2): Library not loaded: /usr/local/opt/openssl/lib/libcrypto.1.    0.0.dylib

I have already read a post which started in 2017, but I do not know how to fix this problem. - Maybe I just could not understand the post fully, If so, please explain once more, I am true new person in this kind of issues  -

My openssl version is "LibreSSL 2.2.7" and I believe it is the latest.

What else should I check and how to fix this issue?

Thanks!

Best Regards,

Juneyoung

crypto is provided by Erlang/OTP. If it's not available you must reinstall it (not RabbitMQ, it does not implement any crypto or TLS algorithms)
and make sure it includes crypto and related modules. This assumes that you run the generic UNIX package [2].

For most users it should be sufficient to use Homebrew or kerl [1].

Standalone Mac builds bundle Erlang/OTP. We are not aware of any issues it might have with LibreSSL and I cannot reproduce it on exactly that MacOS version.
