How to export the messages from a rabbitmq cluster and import o another cluster

I have a DR site where the messages are lying in a durable queue. I want to know export these data on the primary site rabbit mq.

Yes with shovel i am able to do that. 

But the ask is if we are able to export it to a file and keep that data. then on demand we want to import that data from a file. We just need this data to be backed up to a file.
